Lighthouses
Sylt is home to several lighthouses that offer stunning views and photo opportunities. In this blog post, I’ll highlight each of them. You can find a map below to see their locations. Sylt is not a very large island, so you can easily explore it by bike or e-bike. Depending on your stamina, you might even be able to visit all the lighthouses in one day. Time-lapses with the EOS RP
I’ve always been fascinated, with the manipulation of time, when taking photos. A short shutter speed freezes an insect in flight, a raindrop is suspended in air, or a motorcycle seems to be suspended in front of a blurry background. Conversely, a long shutter speed will smooth out water, make people on a busy road disappear or create interesting light trails. While creating video work, I’ve also stared to experiment more and more with time-lapses, and I want to share my experiences creating those with you.

Welcome
For the past years, I had a growing interest in photography. In the last months, I’ve become much more serious about taking pictures. But the main thing: it is fun and relaxing. In an increasingly performance-oriented society, I always valued even a short hike through nothing but nature. Combining my love for being outside with photography, I went more and more into landscape photography, and have created a few pictures that I really like.
